GRETNA, La. (WGNO) -- Jefferson Parish deputies say a 32-year-old man from Mississippi became angry over a food issue while visiting his parents house Wednesday night.  They say Ronald Pritchett stabbed his mother and father then left their home in his father's tan Chevy Suburban.  Pritchett's father died from his injuries.  His mother was treated for her cuts.  It happened in the 800 block of Bellemeade Blvd. in unincorporated Gretna.  Deputies say the Suburban has a Louisiana license plate YJS-758.

Wednesday's Wheel of Justice report also included the search for two persons of interest in a murder investigation from that same afternoon.  Police released a photo of two men who they say may know something about the attack that happened at the corner of South Liberty and MLK Blvd.  The victim was found shot on the sidewalk and died at the hospital.  Police are not calling the two people in the photograph suspects in the case.

Finally, Wednesday's WOJ included the search for a suspect in two robberies this month.  The NOPD says 47-year-old Kenneth Rodgers robbed a Krystal Burger on South Claiborne Avenue on November 24 and stole a man's car on November 11 in the 6700 block of Chef Menteur Highway.  In both cases, police say Rodgers used a gun.
