NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — Hard to keep straight all the Uptown robberies and who is accused of which ones. But perhaps one of the easier cases to recall happened at the Circle K on Magazine Street.
In fact, we recently showed you a photo of suspect Calvin Thomas in one of our Wheel of Justice reports.
According to police, Thomas used a gun to steal money and cigarettes from the store. We also showed you surveillance photos of the suspect — again, identified as Thomas by police — at the scene.
Thursday night, the NOPD announced Thomas saw his face on tv and turned himself in to be arrested. They also say he confessed!
