NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Police Department is trying to identify and arrest a suspect who is accused of robbing someone at gunpoint while at an ATM. The case is the latest one to roll on the Wheel of Justice.
According to police, the robbery happened around 1:30 a.m. on May 14 in the 3300 block of Canal Street. They say a man who was wearing dark clothing and a mask stole the victim's money and ID.
They also said the robber was wearing a baseball-type cap with gold logos on it. Police released security camera footage that shows the robber and his cap. They hope someone will see the logos and recognize the robber.
